Because we serve a diverse local community and a high volume of tourists, fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is required, since the location is in Chinatown.

Key Responsibilities Drink Preparation:

Handcraft a high volume of premium boba drinks, teas, and snacks quickly and accurately according to our recipes.

Proactive Operations:

Maintain a clean, organized work and prep area; anticipate restocking needs (ice, toppings, cups) before rushes hit.

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent, clear communication in both English and Chinese.

Cashier & Closing Duties:

Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions securely. Take full ownership of the nightly register close, balancing cash drops, and finalizing sales reports with absolute accuracy.

Pay:
