Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to maintain top standards. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Control inventory levels through accurate stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies. Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures. Analyze profit and loss statements to optimize operational efficiency and profitability. Conduct interviews, hire new team members, and implement effective onboarding programs. Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Manage shift operations including opening, closing, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with supervisory responsibilities. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through training, coaching, and performance management. Knowledge of inventory control, food safety management, and sanitation standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict and motivate staff. Basic math skills for financial analysis including budgeting and profit/loss review. Previous experience in hospitality management or casual dining environments is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
