We strive to bring the best possible service to the largest number of people and you can help us do that. Dispensary Manager will be a part of the Management team led by the General Manager. They will help train and develop new employees, as well as continuing to improve standard operating procedures. This position requires attention to detail, a passion for process, a drive for results, and the ability to lead and influence in the highly-regulated and compliance-focused cannabis industry. Work closely with GM for directives and goals
  • Work closely with GM to Manage Social Media Accounts and develop marketing strategies
  • Work with management team to develop and meet sales goals Keep store stocked with business supplies
  • Keep store clean and organized
  • Follow up on side work and cleaning duties for closing and opening staff Keep all technology updated and working properly
  • Assist GM with employee appraisals, hiring , discipline, terminations Develop Customer service initiatives
  • Task retail supervisors with projects and follow through to completion Closing and opening duties, drawer and bank reconciliation
  • Work with Dispatch Manager for all things delivery related (inventory needs, delivery scheduling, etc..)
  • Schedule and run meetings with Retail Supervisors
  • Walk floor, greet customers
  • METRC support
  • Assist on inventory counts and reconcile EOM (Once a month late nights required)
  • Mentor and develop all subordinate positions
  • Paperwork filing and office organization
  • Run POS system on retail floor, make voids and inventory manipulations Attend and participate in biweekly meetings
  • Train retail associates
  • Cash management
  • Skills Proficient in modern Social Media platforms and related marketing
  • Proficient with technology (e.g., POS system, Microsoft Office programs, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with moving parts
  • Ability to react under pressure, use good judgment in ambiguous situations and be flexible/adaptable
