Full-Time Store Manager -

The UPS Store Starting Pay:

$21.50/hour We're looking for a sharp, dependable, and motivated Store Manager to lead our team at The UPS Store. This is a full-time leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do As Manager, you'll oversee daily store operations while leading by example.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating the team to provide outstanding customer service Handling customer concerns professionally and diffusing difficult situations Sorting mail into mailboxes accurately Logging in incoming packages Processing Amazon, UPS, and other carrier returns Professionally packing and shipping a wide variety of items Assisting customers with shipping, printing, copying, and other business services Maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient store Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions Helping train, coach, and develop team members What We're Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Dependable with a strong work ethic Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Looking for a long-term career opportunity Preferred Qualifications Previous experience at The UPS Store or in shipping and retail Notary Public commission (or willingness to become one) Print production or graphic design experience is a plus What We Offer Starting pay of $21.50/hour Full-time, stable employment Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment The opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing business If you're a natural leader who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!
