An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

You are:

Sales-focused and passionate about customer connection and styling A strong team player who leads by example on the sales floor Coachable, accountable, and motivated to grow into a Store Manager role You will: Support the Store Manager in meeting or exceeding sales goals Actively sell on the floor and model relationship selling and add-on behavior Help train, coach, and motivate the team to drive results Assist with scheduling, productivity, and peak-hour coverage Help enforce company policies and maintain strong operations Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling store
