- A hands-on leader who leads from the sales floor
- Experienced in coaching, accountability, and driving sales You will:
- Lead the store to meet or exceed sales goals
- Actively sell and set the standard for the team
- Manage scheduling, particularly peak-hour coverage
- Maintain strong operations and store presentation
