The Role:

Shift Opener & Closer We are looking for a proactive Shift Opener & Closer to act as the right hand to our Store Manager. You'll be the heartbeat of the floor, ensuring our crew stays motivated and our guests leave with a smile. This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring leader to sharpen their management skills in a fast-paced, vibrant atmosphere.

Primary Responsibilities Daily Flow:

Manage opening/closing duties and maintain a "guest-ready" store environment.

Inventory & Logistics:

Lead the charge on ordering, tagging, and organizing inventory to keep operations seamless.

Team Mentorship:

Supervise and train Crew Members, ensuring our core values are reflected in every customer interaction.

Guest Experience:

Handle customer inquiries with grace and ensure every visitor receives top-tier service.

Growth & Analytics:

Assist with sales initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to local marketing efforts.

Administrative Support:

Assist with financial reporting and ensure the shop remains compliant with all health and safety regulations. What You Bring to the

Table Experience:

At least 2 years in retail or food service leadership (Frozen Yogurt or Quick Service experience is a major plus!).

Tech Savvy:

Familiarity with POS systems; Toast POS experience will get you to the front of the line.

Communication:

A natural ability to talk to anyone and lead a diverse team with clarity and empathy.

Organization:

The ability to juggle inventory, staff breaks, and customer lines without breaking a sweat.
