Operations Manager/General Manager Job Summary At Snoice, we're looking for an Assistant Manager who cares about people, takes pride in their work, and enjoys helping others grow. Being a Snoice Assistant Manager is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work alongside our Baristas while helping train and develop the team, maintain high standards, and keep the store running smoothly. You'll be someone the team can rely on for direction, coaching, and support throughout the day. You'll help create great customer experiences by developing a strong team and maintaining Snoice's standards for service, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. As a Snoice Assistant Manager, you will:- Lead by example and work alongside your team

- Train and onboard Baristas on Snoice recipes, service, systems, and operating standards
- Observe team performance and provide real-time coaching, feedback, and retraining
- Help Baristas build mastery, confidence, consistency, and strong work habits
- Provide direction and coordinate team responsibilities during assigned shifts
- Keep the team productive and organized during both busy and slower periods
- Reinforce expectations for attendance, communication, teamwork, customer service, and performance
- Address routine performance or behavior concerns respectfully and escalate recurring or significant issues when appropriate
- Ensure recipes, food quality, portioning, food safety, and service standards are consistently followed
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs and maintain expectations for cleanliness, organization, stocking, opening, and closing
- Identify equipment, maintenance, supply, or facility concerns and help ensure they are addressed
- Respond to rushes, call-outs, customer concerns, and other unexpected store needs
- Handle customer concerns and service recovery when an on-site leader is needed
- Maintain awareness of team morale, communication, and performance concerns
- Communicate important store and team issues clearly and promptly to leadership
- Support Barista responsibilities and customer service whenever the team needs help
- Complete other in-store leadership responsibilities as needed to maintain smooth operations and a positive guest experience This is a hands-on, in-store leadership role. Working directly with the team and guests is a core part of every shift. Requirements

- Previous food service, hospitality, retail, training, or leadership experience is preferred
