ASSISTANT MANAGER

As an Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the General Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations, develop the team, maintain company standards, provide outstanding guest experiences, and help drive the overall success of the restaurant. Required Certifications Food Handlers California Responsible Beverage Service certification, or ability to obtain it within the legally required period. California requires alcohol servers and managers who oversee alcohol servers to complete the applicable RBS certification process. The posted pay range represents the compensation Rodrigo's Mexican Grill reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation within the range will depend on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and business considerations. Physical and Work Requirements This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and generally requires prolonged standing and walking, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to perform the position's essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation. Full time schedule is based on a 50 hour work week.
