Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Onsite Supervisor to lead daily operations at our facility, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant processes. This role is vital in managing onsite teams, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high standards of safety and service. As an Onsite Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting our company's growth objectives through effective talent management and process optimization. Duties Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies Lead, motivate, and manage onsite staff through effective talent management practices and employee relations Coordinate staffing schedules and conduct employee orientation, evaluations, and training sessions to enhance team performance Conduct recruiting activities including interviewing candidates, sourcing talent via HR sourcing channels, and managing full cycle recruiting processes Utilize talent management software such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing to track employee data, performance metrics, and recruitment pipelines Engage in external recruiting efforts through social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and relationship management to attract high-quality candidates for high volume or technical roles Ensure HR legal compliance related to employment law in talent management and HR systems integration while maintaining accurate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms Facilitate employee development initiatives like training & development programs and succession planning strategies Manage internal recruiting efforts for various departments to fill vacancies efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience Lead negotiations with vendors or staffing agencies when necessary to secure optimal staffing solutions Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Proven talent management expertise including campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and high volume recruitment strategies Excellent interviewing techniques combined with research skills for candidate sourcing across multiple channels Proficiency in HR systems such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, and ATS platforms for tracking recruitment activities and employee data Deep understanding of employment law in talent management to ensure legal compliance across all HR functions Exceptional communication skills for engaging with candidates, team members, vendors, and leadership teams Experience with social media marketing (recruitment) to generate leads and build employer brand awareness Ability to manage employee orientation, evaluation processes, employee relations issues, and training initiatives effectively Skilled in research methods for sourcing candidates in competitive markets or niche technical fields Familiarity with HR legal compliance standards related to employment law in talent acquisition processes Join us as an Onsite Supervisor if you're passionate about leading teams, optimizing operations through innovative recruitment strategies, and creating a positive work environment that drives success!
