Schedule:
Sunday 5:00 AM start; Monday through Thursday 1:30 PM start
Location:
[Vernon, CA] Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support the productivity, safety, and performance of warehouse employees. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in a warehouse environment, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations. Monitor workflow and ensure productivity goals are achieved. Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures. Assist with employee training, coaching, and performance management. Coordinate receiving, shipping, inventory, and operational activities. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Utilize computer systems for reporting, inventory tracking, and operational tasks. Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to maintain efficiency. Ensure accuracy and quality standards are consistently met. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Lead or similar leadership role . Must have maintained at least one position for 3 years or longer . Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Basic to intermediate computer skills required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience training and developing warehouse associates. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS). Equipment operation certifications are a plus. Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
