$100,000-$180,000+ A private search is underway for an experienced leader to oversee a collision repair operation in the Escondido area. The ideal candidate has already managed a collision center and understands the business beyond day-to-day production. This role requires someone comfortable taking responsibility for financial results, workflow, staffing, quality, and overall facility performance.
