An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

3+ years of professional management experience in a fast-paced or luxury retail environment 2+ years of supervisory experience in people management and development of multiple direct reports High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred Proven ability to organize and utilize time management and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple tasks An authentic passion for coffee, a respect for sustainability, and a commitment to continual self‑learning Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
