Salary:
$90,000 to $105,000 USD, plus performance-based bonus, depending on experience, market, and scope of responsibility. Description Lead all aspects of the store's performance, driving sales growth, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience. Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, recognition, and continuous learning. Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent while building a strong succession pipeline for future leadership opportunities. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular coaching and feedback, and create individual development plans that support employee growth. Analyze business performance, sales trends, customer insights, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and implement action plans that improve results. Deliver an elevated, relationship-driven customer experience by ensuring every client receives knowledgeable, personalized service that builds long-term loyalty. Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory management, order fulfillment, merchandising, operational standards, and loss prevention. Maintain inventory accuracy through effective stock management, cycle counts, replenishment, and organized back-of-house operations that support both in-store and omnichannel sales. Ensure the store consistently reflects the organization's visual merchandising, presentation, and operational standards, creating an inspiring environment for customers and employees alike. Build strong relationships within the local community through networking, client engagement, and store events that strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty. Partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to execute new initiatives, product launches, operational improvements, and business priorities. Lead confidently through change, embracing new systems, evolving processes, and business initiatives while helping your team successfully adapt. Proactively identify operational challenges and business opportunities, implementing practical solutions that improve efficiency and drive sustainable results. Lead by example, creating an inclusive workplace where employees feel supported, motivated, and empowered to perform at their best. Requirements Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or an accomplished Assistant Store Manager within specialty retail, fashion, beauty, jewelry, accessories, lifestyle, or another premium customer-focused retail environment. Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and consistently achieving or exceeding sales, service, and operational objectives. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing business performance, payroll, operating expenses, inventory, and productivity. Ability to interpret sales reports, business metrics, and key performance indicators to make informed decisions and improve results. Proven experience recruiting, coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing teams while building future leaders. Strong customer service philosophy with the ability to create personalized, relationship-based experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the confidence to lead through change and manage competing priorities. Well connected within the local market with the ability to build relationships that support community engagement, customer acquisition, and talent attraction. Experience supporting new store openings, rapid growth, or business transformation is considered an asset. Passion for contemporary retail, design, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
