Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for a direct hire restaurant management opportunity in Woodland Hills, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong quick-service restaurant background who understands fast-paced operations, team development, guest satisfaction, labor control, food safety, and store profitability. The Store Manager will lead daily restaurant operations, support and develop crew members and managers, maintain high operational standards, and create a positive experience for both guests and employees. This is a strong opportunity for a motivated restaurant professional who enjoys leading teams, building a supportive workplace culture, and driving performance in a well-established food service environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, performance management, guest service, and compliance with company standards.
- Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and develop crew members while maintaining appropriate staffing levels for business needs.
- Manage labor, inventory, food orders, supply orders, cash handling, daily revenue reconciliation, deposits, reporting, and operational paperwork.
- Ensure food safety, safety meetings, employee certifications, labor law compliance, personnel documentation, and required training are completed and maintained.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, equipment maintenance, security practices, and compliance with OSHA, state, federal, and company standards.
- Resolve customer concerns, support guest satisfaction, and drive sales and profitability through efficient operations and prompt problem resolution. Compensation and Benefits

- Lead hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management for restaurant staff.
- Control food, beverage, supply, labor, cash handling, inventory, and operational reporting processes.
- Maintain safety, sanitation, compliance, guest service, and company operational standards.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant restaurant management experience.
- Experience directing the work of two or more employees in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiating skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment in daily management decisions.
- Ability to manage labor costs, scheduling, meal periods, rest breaks, timeclock adjustments, and related documentation.
- Ability to complete inventory audits, invoice reconciliation, daily and monthly closing paperwork, and revenue reconciliation.
- Experience using point-of-sale systems for employee setup, wage adjustments, inventory adjustments, reporting, and access management.
- Ability to communicate in English through speaking, reading, and writing.
- Professional attitude with strong teamwork, attendance, appearance, and quality of work standards.
- Ability to follow company policies, safety regulations, and local, state, and federal laws.
- Ability to reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less. Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with an established fast food or quick-service restaurant chain is preferred.
- Drive-thru restaurant management experience is a plus.
