Duties Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently Support management in supervising daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales floor presentation Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with shoppers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly Lead by example in sales techniques and product knowledge to motivate the team and achieve sales targets Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and ensure adherence to cash security procedures Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales with supervisory roles within the retail industry Strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management tools.
