The Opportunity We are hiring an Assistant Manager for our Reunion (Commerce City) cannabis dispensary. You will work side by side with the General Manager, running shifts, supporting the team, and keeping the store operating smoothly day-to-day. This is a hands-on retail leadership role. You will be on the floor, coaching budtenders and solving problems as they come. You will report to the store General Manager, with support from our Operations Manager. This role requires open availability and includes closing the store at least 3-5 nights per week. What You'll Do Support the General Manager in daily dispensary operations: open and close, cash handling, and MED compliance Run shifts independently, including full coverage when the GM is off-site Coach and develop budtenders through hands-on shift management Monitor store KPIs (ticket size, traffic, conversion) and execute plans to improve them Assist with inventory management and audits Build community presence through local outreach and grassroots marketing Step in as acting manager when needed

What We're Looking For Must-haves:

2+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality A track record of holding people accountable, supporting culture, and keeping shifts running Strong communicator with your team, customers, and leadership 21 or older Valid Colorado MED Employee License, or the ability to obtain one before starting Flexible schedule with the ability to cover shifts on an on-call basis

Nice-to-haves:

Prior cannabis retail experience in a licensed dispensary Experience with Dutchie POS or a similar cannabis or retail POS system Genuine excitement about cannabis: the industry, the culture, and the customers

Compensation Base Pay:

$21/hr, plus tips and bonuses (tip and bonus upside can be significant)
