Asst Store Manager Victory Lane Quick Oil Change is looking for a qualified, full-time Assistant Store Manager. Our staff is professionally trained, and our customers' best interests are kept in mind. We provide a quick, convenient, professional setting, where customers can comfortably have their vehicle serviced. We strive to be the best in customer service. We do educate our customers on necessary preventative maintenance services for our their vehicles, so our customer's vehicles stay in top running condition and operating safely. Responsibilities and Duties Be able to Perform automotive preventive maintenance such as changing oil, checking and replacing filters, refilling different fluids and complete fluid exchanges, replacing lights, and wiper blades. Check and recommend automotive products and services based on customers cars needs based on mileage or manufacture recommendations.

Supervise / Complete

/ Audit weekly inventory. Maintain a clean and safe workplace. Assist with leading a team of up to 8 people. Qualifications and Skills 1+ years of management or supervisory experience Automotive shop experience or 1+ years in retail experience Ability to work beside diverse employees, and with a diverse customer base. Have a welcoming personality. Flexible scheduling & ability to pass pre-employment drug screen. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Veterans are encouraged to apply.
