Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support daily store operations and help drive team success. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication, operational efficiency, and a consistently high-quality guest experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Assist management with scheduling, reporting, and employee documentation. Support onboarding of new team members, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination. Monitor inventory levels, organize supplies, and place orders to maintain adequate stock. Help track labor and operational costs and support efforts to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Assist with in-store promotions, signage, and local marketing initiatives. Help maintain engaging, brand-aligned content for store-level social media platforms. Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve concerns promptly. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Experience Previous experience in a supervisory, administrative, or customer service role preferred. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and general business software. Organization & Detail Orientation Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Multitasking Ability Proven ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Communication Skills Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. Industry Experience (Preferred) Experience in food service, retail, or beverage operations is a plus.
