Position Overview:

The Farm Store Manager at Oakridge is the "owner" of our retail Oakridge Farm Store. This isn't just a stocking role; it is a lead position responsible for the presentation, cleanliness, and inventory integrity of our farm store. This position is responsible for ensuring the store is impeccably clean, perfectly stocked, and visually stunning on a daily basis. This position also oversees the Stocking & Delivery Associate role and helps guide the future direction of the Farm Store.

Stocking & Delivery Associate Key Responsibilities:

Store Ownership & Organization Take full responsibility for the "look and feel" of the store. Ensure products are front-faced, fully stocked, organized, visually appealing, and the Oakridge brand is reflected in every corner. Own the transition of product from the plant/warehouse to the storefront. Ensure no shelf sits empty. Manage all pricing, shelf talkers, and promotional signage to ensure they are clean, straight, and accurate. Manage and fill out store score card Manage store technology Manage and store issues (be on-call) Oversee the Stocking & Delivery Associate position, coordinating stocking, deliveries, and cooler upkeep to support the store's needs. Inventory & Quality Control Conduct regular, precise inventory counts. Identify trends in what's selling and communicate needs to production. Pick product orders from the warehouse based on inventory needs. Strictly manage product rotation (FIFO) for all items in the farm store to ensure every item meets our freshness and quality standards. Own the bottle return process—ensuring the collection area is tidy for customers and that glass is moved back to the plant efficiently. Monitor inventory levels closely so nothing runs out; forecast needs and plan ahead for the future direction of the Farm Store. Cleanliness & Maintenance Execute a consistent, thorough cleaning schedule. This includes windows, floors, cooler glass, and shelving. Utilize Mondays to reset the store after the weekend rush, ensuring the space is sanitized and fully restocked for the week ahead. Ensure the store is 100% prepared for Saturday, our highest-traffic day of the week. Keep storage areas tidy and efficient.

Schedule & Environment Full-Time:

This role requires a dedicated individual who can work a consistent full-time schedule.

Priority Days:

Saturdays (Peak traffic/Sales) and Mondays (Restock/Deep Clean/Reset) are the most critical days for this role.

Sundays Off:

This role will have Sundays off and one other weekday

Physicality:

This is a hands-on role. You must be able to lift milk crates and move product between buildings in various weather conditions. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and responsible
