Full-Time Studio Manager Crafty Kids Studios - New Canaan, CT Crafty Kids Studios is looking for a highly organized, energetic, and hands-on Studio Manager to lead our growing arts & crafts studio. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring every camp, workshop, birthday party, and Open Studio experience runs seamlessly. Responsibilities Manage daily studio operations Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff Lead birthday parties, camps, workshops, and special events Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio Manage inventory and order supplies Provide outstanding customer service and resolve concerns professionally Ensure staff follow company policies and maintain high standards Work closely with ownership to improve operations and grow the business Qualifications Management or leadership experience Experience working with children, education, hospitality, retail, or recreation preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week) Weekend availability is required , including Saturdays and Sundays Flexible to work days, evenings, school breaks, and holidays as needed We're looking for someone who leads with positivity, takes initiative, and is passionate about creating memorable experiences for children and families while helping our team succeed. Pay:
