Job Description

Position:

Shift Supervisor for janitorial account in New London, CT.

Hours:

FT:

40 per week.

Schedule:

M-F 4:00am-12:00pm The company is seeking for an eager and enthusiastic candidate to work second shift in the janitorial field with main responsibilities listed below: Manage daily team operations, provide feedback, and act as a link between employees and site management. Responsibilities include but not limited to training, scheduling, conflict resolution, daily inspections, performance evaluations, administer corrective actions, and confirm time sheets. Practice and enforce safe work habits among the staff and follow

SDS & OSHA

standards Demonstrate communication, and leadership. Perform other duties required by management.

Requirements:

Solid communication skills. Must have at least 2 -3 years of experience as a housekeeping Supervisor with custodians. Bilingual/English-Spanish preferred. Computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel software). Mus have experience on all aspects of the cleaning business (stripping & waxing, carpet care, regular cleaning duties) manage large cleaning equipment. Must have valid Driver's license in order to drive a company's truck.

Hourly rate:

$25.00 per hour.
