A Retail Associate Manager assists the manager at a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Supervises sales associates and retail store operations. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

Monday-Friday:
8:00 AM - 5:30PM Rotating Saturdays:
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, both in person and over the phone. Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, electrical, and interior damage. Prepare complete and accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE. Write and process insurance supplements with thorough documentation. Review repair estimates with the Body Shop Manager. Determine whether damaged components should be repaired or replaced. Evaluate repair feasibility versus total loss and determine salvage value when applicable. Complete required insurance forms and documentation. Estimate costs for repainting, customization, or specialty vehicle conversions when needed. Maintain clear communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians throughout the repair process.
