From there, you'll jump into direct sales, helping people find data plans that actually fit their lives. Along the way, you'll develop the skills to manage a fast-paced environment and deliver polished, effective sales presentations that look great on any resume. What You'll Do as a Junior AT&T Manager Talk with customers about AT&T smartphones and data plans, contributing to team sales while learning how to manage customer needs. Support your team by helping run daily sales activities, keeping messaging consistent and every interaction professional. Reinforce sales techniques through peer support, boosting team confidence during outreach. Guide customers through the enrollment process, clearly explaining AT&T mobile solutions while keeping sales momentum going. Track and review performance metrics and customer insights to sharpen outreach and help the whole team level up. Collaborate with fellow Junior AT&T Manager to align on goals, sharpen execution, and support long-term AT&T wireless growth. What We're Looking For in a Junior AT&T Manager High school diploma or GED preferred, no degree required. Whether you just finished school or are making a career pivot, this is a solid next step. Sales or management experience is a plus, but definitely not required. We'll train you from the ground up. Strong listening skills you'll put to work in both sales conversations and when coaching teammates. A dependable, natural leadership style that reflects AT&T's standards. An organized mindset for managing customer details and getting plan selections right.
