You'll work alongside a team of 4-5 team members, coordinating daily delivery and service schedules while working alongside the Credit Manager to keep operations running smoothly. The General Manager sets the vision — you make it happen on the floor. This is not a desk job. You'll be selling in the store, on the phone, and out in the community representing Buddy's at doors and local events. What You'll Do Drive daily sales activity — in store, on the phone, and in the community Lead and schedule a team of Account Managers for deliveries and service calls Coordinate with the Credit Manager on daily team logistics Build and maintain customer relationships Meet and exceed store sales and revenue targets Participate in outside marketing events and neighborhood outreach Maintain store appearance and merchandise standards Ensure compliance with company policies What We're Looking For Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred Must be 21 or older (insurance requirement to drive company vehicles) Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record 2+ years in retail, sales, customer service; is preferred Natural communicator — comfortable selling face to face, by phone, and at the door Strong organizational skills — you'll be juggling schedules, people, and priorities Professional appearance and reliable attendance including Saturdays Physical Requirements Ability to walk and stand for extended periods during outside marketing and community outreach activities Must be able to work outdoors in varying Florida weather conditions Occasional light lifting may be required Additional Information Drug-free workplace — pre-employment drug screening required Background check including driving history required TPGBHF dba Buddy's Home Furnishings is an
