With an undeniable passion for ensuring seamless back-of-house efficiency, you will play a crucial role in delivering a refined luxury experience for our worldly clientele. Reporting to the Store Manager or Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in upholding brand standards and supporting all operational processes. In this essential role, you will serve as a brand ambassador, meticulously managing inventory, supporting client services, and contributing to the optimal functioning of our boutique. Job responsibilities In this essential role, the Louis Vuitton Operations Associate will ensure the smooth functioning of store operations, directly contributing to back-of-house efficiency and an elevated client experience through key responsibilities including:
Comprehensive Inventory Management:
Supporting the team with the inventory lifecycle, from organization and cycle counts to adjustments, inter-store transfers, and the shipping/receiving process.
Exceptional Client Services Support:
Ensuring the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise, and expertly managing all aspects of client delivery, communication, and tracking.
Store Facility & Systems Maintenance:
Collaborating with management to assist with the maintenance of the store facility, ensuring the organization of all back-of-house areas, and supporting overall store appearance.
Financial & Policy Adherence:
Assisting with budget management, enforcing cash/credit card policies, and ensuring strict adherence to all operational policies and procedures.
Client Care & Aftersales Coordination:
Facilitating the smooth flow of repairs and alterations, providing a superior client experience for services, and maintaining supplies for in-store repairs.
