$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Job description: We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Jobsite Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role helping with daily operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires a strong background in construction, preferably flooring with an emphasis on teamwork. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of construction sites by performing various activities, such as clearing debris, picking up and dropping off materials. Help our Supervisor and Subcontractor with various manual labor, such as lifting heavy materials. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and removal of waste and debris, to ensure safe and efficient work conditions. Always follow safety guidelines and procedures and report any safety risks or hazards to supervisors immediately. Maintain a positive attitude, work ethic, and customer service focus, and strive to meet or exceed team goals and objectives. Chance for advancement. Qualifications Proven experience as a construction helper Knowledge of basic tile installation and removal Experience with completing daily logs Ability to work in a team Must be dependable Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.) High school diploma or equivalent Clean driving record and background check Join us as we build quality projects together while fostering a positive work environment!
