An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

This position is to assist the store manager with daily tasks. Full Time Assistant Manager Requirements:
Flexible Schedule Enjoys being with people Computer literate Uphold Company Standards-Must abide by the Evelyn & Arthur handbook and the store standards set upon by the company. Drive sales through excellent customer service. Goal Oriented. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
