Service & Parts Director The Motorcoach Store - Bradenton, FL The Motorcoach Store is seeking an experienced Service & Parts Director to lead and grow our service and parts operations. This is a key leadership position responsible for department performance, profitability, customer experience, workflow, technician productivity, parts inventory, and overall team accountability. We are looking for a hands-on leader with experience in RV, automotive, or a similar service environment. Responsibilities Lead Service Advisors, technicians, and parts personnel Manage daily workflow, scheduling, repair orders, and work-in-process Drive technician productivity, efficiency, labor sales, and gross profit Ensure strong customer communication throughout the repair process Oversee parts inventory, purchasing, stocking levels, and vendor relationships Improve processes, reduce delays, missed repairs, and comebacks Recruit, develop, and hold team members accountable Monitor department KPIs, financial performance, and growth opportunities Work closely with Sales, Production, Warranty, and leadership Qualifications Proven service or fixed-operations leadership experience Strong understanding of service department workflow and profitability Parts management or inventory experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage people, processes, and performance High-end RV or motorcoach experience is preferred, but not required What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience, knowledge and the drive to be the best.
