As an Operations Lead, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will assist the Operations Manager in leading and mentoring the team. You will proactively encourage the achievement of operational objectives and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered through strong operational support. Missions As an Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and team collaboration by:

Operational Training & Compliance:

Supporting comprehensive training on all operational procedures and communication systems, while guiding store teams on company compliance directives.

Merchandise & Client Delivery Management:

Ensuring the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise and leading all aspects of the client delivery process.

Inventory & Back-of-House Oversight:

Efficiently handling the entire inventory and shipping/receiving lifecycle, alongside maintaining organization and upkeep of all back-of-house areas.

Facility & Systems Support:

Assisting with the maintenance of the store facility and acting as a key on-site resource for technological support and troubleshooting.

Performance Optimization:
