Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced auto / truck tire & Service Manager to oversee our service department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of sales & service operations, and a commitment to employee development. This role is crucial in managing daily operations, enhancing service quality, and driving sales performance. Commission cash back is offered in this position. Bilingual is a MUST Responsibilities Lead and manage the service team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to maintain adequate stock for all service needs. Collaborate with retail sales teams to promote services effectively and maximize customer engagement. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to service quality or performance. Assist in monitoring the shop productivity, workflow, and procedures with an emphasis on efficiency, thoroughness, and safety. Help with the day-to-day operations of the back shop. Qualifications Proven experience in an automotive/truck service management role or similar position within the retail space. Familiarity with retail sales strategies & upselling to close on commission-based tickets. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to market services effectively to customers. Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory management practices. A passion for the automotive& truck industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. Physical Demands Must be able to lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies up to 50 pounds without assistance. Frequent standing and walking for long periods. Communicate effectively in person, by telephone, or by text
