This is a hands-on role focused on sales, client relationships, customer service, and day-to-day store operations . The ideal candidate will lead by example on the sales floor, work closely with the team, maintain exceptional service standards, and help create the personalized shopping experience Deborah James is known for. Responsibilities include supporting daily store operations, assisting with visual merchandising and inventory, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, helping drive sales, and ensuring the store is organized and presented to the highest standard. The position works closely with company leadership and requires full-time availability, including weekends . Qualifications Minimum 3 years of retail experience Fashion or luxury retail experience strongly preferred Strong sales and client relationship skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Leadership experience and ability to support and motivate a team Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and current trends Experience with visual merchandising and store presentation Organized, reliable, professional, and hands-on Comfortable working in a fast-paced boutique environment Full-time availability, including weekends 3 professional references required
