Are you an outgoing "people person"? Do you have a great sense of style? If so, you could be our next Store Manager! A talented and experienced Store Manager is needed for a women's footwear and fashion boutique. We're a fun, upscale specialty chain featuring women's shoes, clothing and accessories across a string of lovely shops.

Required:

2+ years experience in store management in upscale women's fashion apparel, shoes, clothing, accessories or handbags, including: sales, styling, stock, oversight of a store team, building team and client relationships, clienteling, driving business, etc. Strong sales, leadership, relationship-building, organizational/time management, administrative skills, strong communication skills, being detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task calmly in a fast-paced, interactive environment are key. Ability to handle significant stock work and other physical tasks in a fast-paced retail store environment. Must be sales driven. Weekend availability is required. At this time, we are unable to consider candidates who do not meet these requirements.

Strongly Preferred:

Boutique experience. Ability to work in more than one store is a plus.
