Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees, providing comprehensive training and ongoing development Manage sales performance by setting goals, monitoring progress, and motivating staff to exceed targets Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities Handle payroll processing, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and bookkeeping tasks accurately Maintain excellent customer service standards by resolving issues promptly and fostering a positive shopping experience Implement operational procedures related to safety, cleanliness, and store presentation to ensure compliance with health regulations Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role Demonstrated success in retail sales management with strong leadership and team supervision skills Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS technology, purchasing processes, and cash handling procedures Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable Experience with employee orientation, training & development programs, and recruiting best practices Knowledge of retail math including basic math calculations for pricing, budgeting, and sales analysis Prior grocery store or similar retail environment experience is advantageous but not mandatory Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership fuels growth!
