Minimum 1 year of proven sales closing experience Strong communication and objection-handling skills Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and money Persistent follow-up and goal-driven mindset Comfortable using CRM systems Ability to work in person in Doral, FL Appointment setting or customer service experience alone does not qualify.

YOUR ROLE

Conduct phone and SMS consultations with qualified leads Understand patient goals and motivations Present hair restoration options and financing Handle objections and close sales Follow up with prospects and warm leads Maintain your sales pipeline and CRM Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

COMPENSATION

Base Salary + Uncapped commissions + Performance bonuses Consistent inbound leads Six-figure earning potential Top performers can earn $80,000-$170,000+ annually
