This position pays $100,000-$125,000+ annually and follows a 5-day workweek with Monday-Saturday availability and a 6th day as needed. The operation handles 120+ vehicles per week with a $1,500 average repair order and is part of a growing multi-location business. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations in a high-volume automotive repair shop. Manage shop KPIs, gross profit, scheduling, dispatching, and workflow. Lead, mentor, and support service advisors and automotive technicians. Drive team productivity, accountability, customer service, and profitability. Manage store-level performance and take ownership of results. Maintain efficient workflow while supporting quality repairs and customer service. Establish clear standards, structure, and consistency across the team. Manage store-level P&L performance. Qualifications 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume automotive repair shop. Strong understanding of automotive shop KPIs, gross profit, and performance accountability. Proven experience leading service advisors and automotive technicians. Experience managing dispatching, scheduling, workflow, and day-to-day shop operations. Ability to work the stated 5-day schedule with Monday-Saturday availability and a 6th day as needed. Ability to lead with clear standards, structure, and consistency. European vehicle experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
