This is an internal leadership position requiring previous Fleamasters Fleamarket operational experience. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong operational standards and team support. The Food & Beverage / Retail Supervisor will work directly alongside management to support department operations, employee training, inventory oversight, customer service, and operational organization throughout the property. The Food & Beverage / Retail Supervisor is responsible for supporting smooth and efficient daily operations across multiple departments while maintaining strong customer service standards, assisting with inventory oversight, supporting employee performance, and helping ensure overall operational success throughout Fleamasters Fleamarket. Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive hourly pay DailyPay available — access your earnings after your shift Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Employee referral program Discounted meals ADP employee discount program Free on-site parking Employee Recognition Program & Appreciation Events NMFA School Scholarship opportunities Opportunities for growth and advancement Key Responsibilities Supervise and support daily operations within the Food & Beverage and Retail departments Assist management with maintaining efficient operational flow and department organization Support employees while ensuring professionalism, productivity, and customer service standards are consistently maintained Assist with employee training and day-to-day operational guidance Monitor inventory levels, stock organization, product availability, and restocking needs Prepare and organize product orders for management review and approval Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary Communicate operational concerns, staffing issues, and department needs directly to management Assist during high-volume business periods and provide hands-on operational support when needed Maintain a strong presence throughout the property while supporting overall guest experience initiatives Support operational goals related to customer service, inventory accuracy, cleanliness, organization, and team efficiency And other duties assigned. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic Ability to work independently while collaborating with management and team members Weekend and flexible schedule availability based on business and event needs Previous supervisory or leadership experience Experience within Food & Beverage, Retail, Hospitality, or Venue Operations Preferred Candidate Traits Strong leadership and communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Professional and dependable Calm under pressure Team-oriented with a positive attitude Strong sense of urgency and accountability Adaptable and able to respond quickly to changing operational needs Work Environment This position operates in a fast-paced environment requiring frequent multitasking and active involvement in daily operations. The role requires standing, walking throughout the property, and supporting departments operationally when staffing coverage is limited. Weekend and flexible schedule availability are required.
