This is an internal leadership position requiring previous Fleamasters Fleamarket operational experience. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong operational standards and team support. The Food & Beverage / Retail Supervisor will work directly alongside management to support department operations, employee training, inventory oversight, customer service, and operational organization throughout the property. The Food & Beverage / Retail Supervisor is responsible for supporting smooth and efficient daily operations across multiple departments while maintaining strong customer service standards, assisting with inventory oversight, supporting employee performance, and helping ensure overall operational success throughout Fleamasters Fleamarket.
