The ideal candidate will already understand The UPS Store operations, customer service expectations, shipping and packaging services, mailbox services, POS procedures, and daily store workflow. This position also requires strong print-production knowledge and the ability to manage customer print projects from start to finish. We are looking for a dependable, motivated leader who can manage employees, provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and help maintain efficient daily operations. Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily store operations, including opening, closing, staffing, and shift management. Lead, train, coach, and support team members. Assist customers with shipping, packaging, mailbox services, printing, copying, scanning, and other The UPS Store services. Handle professional print projects from customer consultation through production and completion. Review and prepare customer files for printing when necessary. Ensure print jobs meet quality standards, deadlines, and customer expectations. Identify opportunities to upsell shipping, packaging, printing, and other store services. Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally. Handle POS transactions, cash management, deposits, refunds, and daily reconciliation. Monitor inventory and order shipping, packaging, printing, and retail supplies. Maintain store organization, merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation. Assist with employee scheduling, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. Support bookkeeping, purchasing, reporting, and other administrative responsibilities. Help achieve store sales, profitability, customer-service, and operational goals. Required Qualifications Previous The UPS Store work experience is

Previous Assistant Manager, Manager, Shift Leader, or supervisory experience preferred. Professional printing or print-production experience required. Strong knowledge of The UPS Store shipping, packaging, mailbox, printing, and customer-service operations. Experience with POS systems and cash-handling procedures. Strong customer-service and sales skills. Ability to upsell products and services based on customer needs. Strong leadership and employee-training abilities. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar print/design software is a plus. Bilingual skills are a plus.
