Help ensure Tier 1 associates are present, properly dressed, equipped, and ready to work. Assist the Ground Handler Lead with assigning and rotating Tier 1 associates among operational positions based on workflow data. Monitor radio responsiveness, employee readiness, and compliance with established procedures. Help coordinate breaks while maintaining required site coverage. Provide immediate coaching and procedural clarification when associates need assistance. Communicate daily priorities, procedural changes, and client expectations to Tier 1 associates. Report attendance issues, staffing gaps, safety concerns, performance issues, and operational barriers to the Ground Handler Lead or City Manager. Assist with attendance reporting, shift updates, operational logs, and leadership handoffs when requested. Serve as an additional onsite point of contact when the Ground Handler Lead is temporarily unavailable. Escalate decisions outside the Jr. Lead's authority to the Ground Handler Lead or City Manager.
