Manages store alarm and surveillance systems, supervises store operations when store management is not on duty, and supervises store cleaning staff. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily store operations, including inventory organization, product placement, and compliance-related tasksParticipate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts for cannabis products in the facilityMaintain accurate inventory and dispensations in compliance with state laws and regulationReceive and assume responsibility for incoming/outgoing product shipments as the business requiresHelp onboard and train new team members under the guidance of the Store ManagerMaintain familiarity with product launches, new regulations, and patient allotment requirementsResponsible manager-on-duty as assigned; performs all opening, closing, and mid-day tasks, including inventory functions and cash handlingCollaborate with the Store Manager to help meet store goals related to service, sales, and operational efficiencyEnsure all workplace policies and procedures are followed while acting as manager-on-dutyMust promote an environment of compliance with all documented security procedures and safeguarding inventory against diversionMaintain strict privacy and HIPPA policy requirements during patient interactionRequirements:
Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state and company regulations Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging (as directed by state ordinances)Minimum of 1 to 2 years of cannabis, retail, or hospitality leadership to include:Strong operation skills and comprehension of significant cash handling Inventory Management to include merchandising, logistics, and investigation tasksServant leadership mindset Comprehension of Florida Cannabis Regulations and Allotment compliance is a plusOpen availability including holidays, evenings, and weekendsProficient in Microsoft office suite, POS, and inventory management software.
