Gas Station Manager - Melbourne Beach We are looking for an experienced, dependable Gas Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy location in Melbourne Beach. Our location includes a convenience store, gas station, food-service kitchen, and automotive repair shop. We need a hands-on manager who leads by example, takes ownership, and keeps the operation running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Gas Station and Convenience store Manage and support employees across shifts Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and vendor relationships Maintain excellent customer service Monitor cash handling, register accuracy, and daily reports Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked Enforce company policies, food-safety standards, and health regulations Help hire, train, and hold employees accountable Reduce waste, and control operating costs Handle customer and employee issues professionally Communicate directly with ownership and provide regular updates

Qualifications:

Previous gas station, convenience store, restaurant, or retail-management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Honest, responsible, organized, and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to solve problems without constant supervision Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays Experience with inventory, scheduling, cash management, and food service is a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience, a positive work environment, and the opportunity to manage a well-established business in a beautiful Melbourne Beach location.
