About Us:

After successfully building, operating, and selling my first pizzeria in Fair Lawn, NJ, I am launching my second concept here in North Miami Beach. We don't want to just make good food—our goal is to make the absolute best pizza in the world, and also a healthier pizza, using 100% organic flour and zero seed oils. We are building a high-energy, passionate team that is obsessed with quality, community, and massive growth. If you are lazy, quiet, or just looking for a boring 9-to-5, this is not the place for you. We want electric, hyped-up professionals who are genuinely proud of what they sell. The Role (A True Hybrid Position): This is a unique, fast-paced role for a creator who loves the energy of a live kitchen. You won't be sitting behind a desk at home. You will be right in the thick of the action, blending high-end digital storytelling with elite customer service.

Social Media Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Shoot, edit, and post daily short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) highlighting our dough-making, pizza cutting, and behind-the-scenes kitchen energy.

Platform Management:

Run and grow our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok channels with the clear goal of building a massive local and national following.

Community Outreach:

Engage with WhatsApp foodie groups to get people talking about us. In-Store Operational Responsibilities (When not shooting content):

Customer Experience:

Greet every guest with massive energy, take orders, and make them feel like family.

Food Prep Support:

Take pies out of the oven, cut the pies, and top off the pies if needed.

Team Player:

Step in to help with any floor or counter task needed to keep the store running well during rush hours.

What We Are Looking For:

Kitchen Ready:

Comfortable working on your feet around hot pizza ovens and fast-paced environments.

Pay:
