Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job function include but are not limited to the following:

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Pokeworks
• Ensures Labor and Food cost % are held to restaurant metrics
• Prepares food to serve the FOH in a timely and efficient manner
• Keep inventory rotated properly
• Keep mgmt informed when inventory is low
• Delivers outstanding customer service.
• Maintains a positive demeanor during periods of high volume and unexpected events to keep store operating to standard and to set an example for the team.
• Assists with new member training by reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
• Follows Pokeworks operations policies and procedures.
• Maintains a clean kitchen and organized workspace.
• Provides high quality food and beverage products consistently for all customers by adhering to the recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
