We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader with a strong background in food and beverage operations to oversee the pool area within the hotel. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to service excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations of the pool, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction Schedule staff, conduct training, and manage forecasting to support business needs Ideal candidate will ensurepliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well aspany policies and procedures Collaborate on planning and execution of special events, driving creativity and hospitality standards Monitor and manage food and beverage cost controls to optimize profitability All qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in food and beverage management Excellentmunication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and standards Experience with budgeting, staffing, and cost control practices is highly desirable Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the hotel.
