Job Title:

Shop Supervisor - Orlando Job responsibilities: The shop supervisor will lead a high volume service department at maximum production, controlling costs, maintaining good employee relationships, and maintaining service records Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Serve as a liaison between technicians, the parts dept., and customers Distribute work between technicians Prioritize required services Ensure customers have a positive dealership experience Maintain accurate records and insure warranty parts retention, following all manufacturer requirements Take ownership of customers' experience Manage and hire technicians Lead improvement efforts that support annual goals for service and cost control Assure a clean and safe working environment

Must Have Job Requirements:

Professional service manager with a proven track record 3+ years of Carrier or TK service mgmt. experience Strong diesel repair and reefer background (8+ years) A relentless focus on customer satisfaction and follow-up Good communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and multi-task effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Professional appearance and strong work ethic Basic computer skills (Karmak experience preferred) Job benefits: Competitive salary plus bonus Medical, dental, and vision plan Paid vacation, sick, and holiday 401(K) plus matching
