An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You'll also assist with local store marketing to help reach sale and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives. To qualify for this Assistant Manager, the-road-to-success-is-paved-with-meats job, you: Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
