Job Summary M & M Market is hiring a Grocery Product Coordinator to support daily grocery department operations, merchandise organization, inventory coordination, and customer service. This role helps maintain product availability, organize displays, monitor stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and ensure a clean and efficient shopping environment. Common Job Roles Grocery Product Coordinator Grocery Department Coordinator Grocery Operations Associate Grocery Merchandise Coordinator Grocery Inventory Associate Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily activities within the grocery department Receive, inspect, sort, and organize grocery products Stock and replenish shelves, displays, and promotional areas Monitor inventory levels and identify products requiring replenishment Check product labels, pricing, dates, and shelf organization Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies Coordinate with suppliers, receiving staff, and store management regarding product needs Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked grocery areas Assist customers with product questions and direct them to appropriate sections Follow food safety, sanitation, storage, and workplace safety procedures Help identify damaged, expired, or improperly stored products Perform additional grocery department duties assigned by management Requirements Previous grocery, retail, inventory, merchandising, or customer service experience is an asset but not required Strong organizational and communication skills Good attention to detail and product accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred Skills Experience with grocery inventory or retail management systems Knowledge of grocery merchandising and stock rotation Familiarity with food safety and proper product storage Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Good time management and multitasking skills Ability to coordinate effectively with store and department teams About the Company M & M Market operates in the grocery and retail industry, providing customers with everyday food products and household essentials.
