Duties Lead and motivate a retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new team members to foster a high-performing workforce Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Conduct employee orientation sessions, performance evaluations, and ongoing training & development programs Maintain accurate payroll, bookkeeping records, and manage store budgets to ensure operational efficiency Requirements Proven management experience in retail or sales environments with supervising responsibilities Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) Excellent negotiation, customer service, and managerial communication abilities Experience with POS systems, inventory control, cash handling, and retail math calculations Demonstrated leadership in recruiting, training, and developing retail teams Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, merchandising standards, and operational management practices Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining organizational skills and time management Basic math proficiency for budgeting, pricing adjustments, and financial transactions Previous experience in retail store product knowledge or grocery store environments is a plus This vibrant role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to lead with energy and enthusiasm.
