Job Description

U65 Limited Medical and MEC Phone Sales Closer CarePoint Health - 3.4 Pompano Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $1,250 - $4,000 a week 1 day ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Client rapport building Phone canvassing Health insurance sales Outbound calling Insurance sales Full Job Description If you have already sold Limited Medical Benefit, MEC, fixed-indemnity, or supplemental health plans over the phone—and you know how to turn a qualified conversation into a compliant enrollment—CarePoint Health wants to speak with you. We are building a high-output team of experienced closers. The right candidate does not need to be taught what Multiplan, First Health, PHCS, network repricing, plan limitations, or a 30-60 minute health-insurance close means. You should already know how to diagnose the real objection, communicate value without overpromising, transition to payment, and button up the enrollment so the member understands what they purchased. This role combines qualified warm transfers, outbound opportunities, an automated dialer, structured coaching, product support, and performance incentives. Our benchmark for experienced closers is approximately one sale for every four to five qualified opportunities. Average commission is approximately $190 per plan. Typical weekly earnings are $1,250-$2,500, with strong weeks potentially reaching $3,000-$4,000. Earnings vary and are not guaranteed. Your day
  • Work live opportunities from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Run disciplined discovery around health needs, budget, provider access, prescriptions, effective dates, and existing coverage.
  • Match the consumer to an available plan without forcing an unsuitable fit.
  • Explain scheduled or fixed benefits, network access, limitations, exclusions, waiting periods, and ancillary benefits accurately.
  • Overcome objections by finding the underlying concern rather than arguing with the surface statement.
  • Maintain energy, professionalism, and call control through a complete 30-60 minute sales process.
  • Secure payment and complete the enrollment, disclosure, documentation, and post-close process.
  • Review recordings and metrics, participate in roleplay, and make fast adjustments from coaching. You are a strong match if
  • You have at least one year of recent phone-based health-plan sales experience.
  • You have personally enrolled consumers into Limited Medical Benefit, MEC, fixed-indemnity, supplemental, or similar U65 private-market plans.
  • You can describe your recent lead volume, sales volume, close rate, average premium, and persistency—not just say that you are "good at sales."
  • You can explain the proper role of Multiplan, First Health, or PHCS without presenting a network as the insurance carrier or as a guarantee that every provider will accept a plan.
  • You can build major rapport in a short period while remaining direct and efficient.
  • You are coachable, competitive, emotionally controlled, and dependable.
  • You are comfortable with recorded calls, daily feedback, scorecards, roleplay, and compliance standards.
  • You can work in person and maintain a business-casual appearance. Compensation and growth
  • Typical weekly earnings: $1,250-$2,500.
  • Strong-week potential: $3,000-$4,000.
  • Average commission: approximately $190 per enrolled plan.
  • Additional bonuses and performance incentives may apply.
  • Advancement opportunities are available for producers who can also coach, model professionalism, and elevate the people around them.
Pay:
$1,250.00 - $4,000.00 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): List the Limited Medical Benefit, MEC, fixed-indemnity, or supplemental plans and networks you have sold.
