Skilled Nursing Facility Location:
Village Place Health and Rehab, Port Charlotte, FL About Us At Village Place Health and Rehab, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Nurse and Evening Supervisor to join our leadership team. This role combines the critical responsibilities of ensuring smooth resident admissions with providing supervisory oversight during evening shifts. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the admissions process, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for residents and families. Complete assessments, documentation, and required paperwork in compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure appropriate care planning at admission. Provide nursing leadership during evening shifts, including supervising staff and ensuring high standards of care. Respond to resident needs, address family concerns, and escalate issues as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Qualifications Current Florida RN or LPN license in good standing. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred. Previous admissions or supervisory experience a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
